I’m Nick Bracks, an Australian speaker, author, facilitator, podcast host, and wellbeing/performance coach based in New York.
For the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across mental health, fitness, mindset, public speaking, media, and corporate wellbeing. I’ve delivered 1,000+ talks, workshops, and facilitated sessions for corporate, education, nonprofit, and community audiences, helping people build resilience, confidence, self-awareness, healthier habits, and more sustainable ways of performing under pressure.
Through Move Your Mind, I create coaching-based sessions that combine storytelling, psychology, movement, wellbeing, and practical behavior change. My work is designed for professional audiences who want something human, memorable, and useful, not another generic wellbeing talk.
My facilitation style is warm, honest, energetic, and practical. I’m comfortable working with leadership teams, employees, community groups, and mixed professional audiences. I use lived experience, humor, reflection, movement, group discussion, and simple tools to help people feel more connected to themselves and each other.
Sessions I’d like to offer include:
The Pressure Reset
An interactive wellbeing and performance session helping teams recognize stress patterns, reset daily habits, and build more sustainable ways of working.
Confidence Under Pressure
A practical workshop on self-awareness, communication, mindset, and showing up with more confidence in high-pressure environments.
Move Your Mind
A movement, mindset, and resilience session combining tools from fitness, psychology, coaching, and personal development.
Storytelling for Connection
A workshop helping leaders and teams communicate with more authenticity, empathy, and impact.
I’m also happy to design bespoke sessions around resilience, burnout prevention, purpose, public speaking, leadership wellbeing, mental fitness, confidence, team connection, and sustainable performance depending on what the client needs.
