I’m a musician, wellbeing facilitator, and founder of Inner Voice by Nisha, a creative wellbeing service using music, mindfulness, and reflective practices to support emotional expression, confidence, connection, and self-awareness.
My work combines live music, guided reflection, creativity, and compassionate listening to create safe, inclusive spaces where people can relax, reconnect with themselves, and explore their own inner voice. I have experience supporting adults and young people through music-based wellbeing sessions, workplace wellbeing activities, and community-focused creative experiences.
Inner Voice sessions are designed to reduce stress, encourage self-expression, and promote emotional wellbeing through accessible and engaging musical experiences. My approach is person-centred, gentle, and adaptable to different settings including community groups, wellbeing events, workshops, and corporate environments.
I’m passionate about making creativity and emotional wellbeing accessible to everyone, and I believe music can be a powerful tool for healing, empowerment, and human connection.
I also have 23 years experience as a Teacher and Head of Music and industry level performance experience at many major venues including the Royal Albert Hall and the Barbican in London.
I can also offer individual tuition in Keyboard, Voice, Guitar, Violin, Songwriting and Composition.
