Nour Halimeh is a psychologist, wellbeing practitioner, facilitator, and PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals, groups, and organizations in emotional wellbeing, resilience, self-awareness, and personal development. Her multidisciplinary approach bridges psychology, emotional intelligence, organizational leadership, and mind-body practices. She is a Certified SOMA Breath Instructor, Emotional Intelligence Assessor (EQ-i 2.0), Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner, NLP Practitioner, and Mind-Body Eating Coach. Nour creates immersive experiences that go beyond traditional wellbeing workshops. Through intentional movement, guided breathwork, emotional regulation practices, reflection, and psychologically informed facilitation, she helps participants shift from stress and mental overload toward greater clarity, energy, connection, and self-awareness. Her sessions can be adapted for corporate teams, leadership groups, retreats, wellness festivals, women’s programs, and private groups. Her work particularly explores nervous-system regulation, emotional intelligence, resilience, conscious leadership, stress management, confidence, and the connection between mind, body, breath, and performance. Having lived and worked across Europe and the Middle East, Nour brings a multicultural perspective to her facilitation and can deliver experiences in English, Arabic, French, and Italian. Her philosophy is simple: sustainable performance begins with the ability to understand yourself, regulate yourself, and reconnect with the body; not simply push harder.
