
I began my career in the fast-paced world of public relations, where I saw firsthand how stress, pressure, and mental fatigue impact performance and wellbeing. After stepping away to reassess my path, I found a deeper purpose in helping people shift their mindset and improve their emotional well-being both inside and outside of work. I’ve since trained in certified Law of Attraction coaching, the Global Energy Method, and advanced visualization and mindset techniques, all grounded in helping professionals manage stress, enhance focus, and build resilience. Today, I work with companies to deliver wellness sessions and workshops that are practical, engaging, and tailored to the modern workplace. Clients often share that even a single session helps them feel lighter, more focused, and more human. My goal is to support individuals and teams in building the clarity, calm, and confidence they need to feel better, perform at their best, and thrive in a more balanced, connected way.
