Ruchika Mehta

I am a Psychospiritual teacher oriented towards integrating psychology and spirituality to enrichen our daily life. I am trained as a psychotherapist practicing for almost 20 years. I’ve been involved in my personal spiritual evolution for over 20 years. I’ve been on retreats with Thich Nhat Hanh, SN Goenka Vipassana, at Spirit Rock and with Amma. I’ve been specifically immersed for over 15 years in the Diamond Logos teachings, which integrates traditional and new age spirituality, psychology and body work.
