
Sarah Asem is a personal development coach and emotional intelligence expert dedicated to empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges through resilience, empathy, and self-compassion. Her work combines mindfulness, neuro-education, and positive psychology to promote personal and professional growth in corporate, educational, and family environments. Sarah has facilitated social and emotional learning (SEL) programs worldwide such as: Romania, China, Ukraine, Poland and Spain; positively impacting educational outcomes and social behaviors. She has been a guest lecturer at Emerson College, has contributed to the creation of The Wellness Hub at Hult University in Boston and will be collaborating with IE University’s Center for Health and Wellbeing next term. She has also presented at Wellbeing 360 Conference in Mexico on Positive Parenting. and co-authored Color of Life Journal, an SEL workbook for children funded by the European Union and piloted in Denmark and Spain which has contributed to ongoing research into integrating SEL into school curricula.
