
Sara María Peláez de la Rocha is an entrepreneur, facilitator, and holistic practitioner passionate about creating transformative experiences that integrate innovation, creativity, and well-being. She studied Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Innovation at Mondragon University and has spent the last 8 years developing and leading projects across both the public and private sectors, collaborating with organizations such as the Community of Madrid, NTT DATA, Kelea, Inditex, and Abanca. With a multidisciplinary background that bridges business, human development, and conscious practices, Sara combines strategic thinking with deep personal transformation tools. She is certified in Integral Yoga by the Mahashakti School and in Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga by House of Om in Bali, with over 600 certified training hours. She is also certified in Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) through the KAP School in Portugal. A lover of art, movement, and meditation, Sara designs and facilitates integrative workshops and experiences tailored to diverse profiles and communities. Her work focuses on fostering connection, self-awareness, creativity, and conscious leadership through a balance of innovation, embodiment, and inner exploration.
