I design and facilitate experiences that help leaders and teams communicate, collaborate and think differently. My background combines executive coaching, leadership development, business English, communication, linguistics, theatre, music and performance. Over the past 25 years I've worked internationally with organizations including Boehringer Ingelheim, Bouygues, Sanofi, Merck, Thales, Sonepar, Club Med and ESCP Business School, helping scientists, engineers, executives and teams transform complex ideas into meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives and action. Whether I'm working in English or French, my focus isn't the language itself. It's confidence, ease, joy and presence. I particularly enjoy designing immersive exercises that invite technical teams to step into a parallel universe, using theatre, storytelling and creativity to unlock fresh perspectives.
