I am a certified Breathwork facilitator and have expanded my practice in emotional wellness to include Meditation, Saunaguz facilitator and Sound Practitioner. I am invited to speak on the effects of Breathwork and created events in collaboration with longevity studios here in Copenhagen and I am also a moderator at events as well. I am extremely passionate about guiding people into inner harmony and the importance of connecting to their heart and emotional energy center-and they love it!
