I’m a certified Style Coach™️ and proud member of the International Association of Style Coaches™️. I combine personal styling and life coaching to help my clients show up as their 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘤, 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘴, 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘵. I’m also a certified EQCP and Enneagram Practitioner, with over 20 years’ experience in education, coaching and training. I’ve taught English, soft skills, and career preparation, but what really lights me up is helping people connect the dots between who they are, how they show up and what they want. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗚𝗼𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 A few years ago, I realised that my work as a university admissions and career coach was starting to feel… narrow. I wanted to do more than just help people land jobs; I wanted to help them feel whole. That’s when I discovered Style Coaching™️ and it instantly clicked. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜’𝗺 𝗦𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗜𝘁 I know what it’s like to lose yourself. After an abusive marriage, massive weight gain and an autoimmune diagnosis, my confidence hit rock bottom. One day, I decided to stop waiting for things to change and started working on myself, inside and out. I adjusted my wardrobe, managed my meals and started rewiring my thoughts. It wasn’t glamorous but it worked. Today, I’m 25 kg lighter, in a good place, and genuinely excited to help others do the same, not just with clothes, but with mindset, boundaries and self-worth. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 I’m late-diagnosed ADHD, which honestly explains a lot. It means I notice patterns and connections that others might miss, and I bring that same curiosity and intuition into my coaching. My friends and clients often tell me I have a gift for putting words to what they’re feeling but can’t quite express. That’s where the magic happens: when someone finally feels seen and understood.
