Shama Al Ameemi

Career coach and training specialist with a BSc in Psychology and experience supporting Emirati jobseekers through structured one-to-one career advisement, behavioral and psychological profiling, and individualized development planning. She designs group interventions and career-readiness and upskilling programs, helping jobseekers identify goals and barriers, build practical action steps, and connect with institutional and community resources. Her work includes coordinating referrals and placements with employers, government entities, and partner organizations, as well as stakeholder engagement, policy research, behavioral research, customer journey mapping, and strategy development for government and community-focused projects. She has worked with Mawaheb Center and the Department of Government Enablement, and supported social-sector projects at Ernst & Young. Shama facilitates workshops and works in Arabic and English.
