As an Indigenous Practitioner, Herbalist, Naturalist, and advocate for Whole Health I provide a unique wellness experience. Combining Native & Eastern philosophies to help work on finding root cause. My background in conventional medicine allows me to assist you in your wellness goals by combining traditional & conventional medicine. Building on my knowledge passed down through generations in Native American Plant and Earth Medicine I have also been trained in traditional medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Medical QiGong, Reiki, Yoga, and Biodynamic Agriculture. Throughout my childhood I was taught to have a deep appreciation and respect for nature. As the chapters and layers of my life developed, that thread from my childhood was braided into a tether for my future. Early on I connected deeply with the Earth and appreciated the relationship and sustenance she provides us all. Muscogee Knowledge was passed down to me from my Great Grand Father and I have been honored to keep that flame alive. Seeds of Wellness, Inc is a corporation organized for the charitable purposes of connecting people in the community with basic needs during disasters, indigenous holistic wellness education and training and to further the promotion of indigenous and sustainable farming practices. The organization aims to preserve and pass on Indigenous healing and medicinal practices, promote overall wellbeing among at-risk individuals, and encourage the adoption of healthy food practices by people in food deserts, who have limited access to healthy foods. We believe that communities across the globe should have access to culturally appropriate herbal wellness as well as during times of disaster recovery and traumatic events. We believe that providing education on the understanding of the internal and external environment to help deepen connection to self, plant and Earth is vital to the overall sustainability of our global ecosystem. Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to improving the lives of those in need. We strive to create positive change in our community through various initiatives and programs.
