I am a movement educator, teacher trainer, and wellness facilitator with nearly twenty years of experience helping people move better, feel calmer, and reconnect with their bodies. My work blends Pilates, Iyengar-inspired yoga, functional mobility, somatic awareness, and nervous-system regulation into sessions that are intelligent, accessible, and deeply restorative.
My approach is grounded in mindful strength, neuromuscular precision, and movement for longevity — not performance or aesthetics. I specialise in helping professionals manage tension, improve posture, regain mobility, and build sustainable strength that supports real life. Every session is designed to leave participants feeling clearer, more regulated, and more capable in their bodies.
What makes my work unique is the way it bridges academia, embodiment, and communication. I teach complex concepts simply, creating supportive environments where people feel safe exploring movement, breath, and awareness. This makes my sessions especially suitable for corporate groups navigating stress, long hours, or burnout.
Whether I’m guiding gentle mobility, facilitating breathwork, or leading a reflective journaling circle, my intention is always the same: to help people feel more at ease in their bodies, more connected to themselves, and more grounded in their work and daily life.
