I am a visionary wellness leader, poetic movement educator, and integrative arts facilitator with extensive experience guiding individuals and communities through embodied healing. My work spans hospitals, cultural institutions, corporations, and global retreats rooted in a career that includes UCSF, Memorial Sloan Kettering, NYC Ballet, and international stages.
I’ve worked with private clients, underserved communities, and organizations such as Levi’s, United Way, and Deepak Chopra Spa designing immersive programs that integrate breath, movement, and poetic ritual.
At UCSF, I led a yearlong campus-wide meditation program. At Memorial Sloan Kettering, I curated hospital yoga programs, co-facilitated MBSR courses, and supported patients through trauma-informed movement and mindfulness. My work at Weill Cornell Psychiatry and Sara Neuman Senior Living brought dance and healing to youth in psychiatric care and elders navigating Alzheimer’s.
Joy with Flowers is my latest creation, a visionary, one-of-a-kind experience that invites participants into mental health well-being through sensory awakening, poetic movement, and communion with nature. It is a sanctuary for joy, resilience, and inner beauty. I also invite you to explore The Garden: https://www.rewildingwithin.com/garden a seasonal wellness offering where I share immersive practices for grounding, renewal, and creative embodiment.
