
A 16-year artistic performer, Tantra practitioner, dance and yoga teacher, coordinator of spiritual groups for women with experience in guiding and coaching women and men in gaining inner and outer freedom, harmony, confidence, deep feeling of purpose and meaning, together with a more fulfilling perspective and practice in intimacy.
Besides my personal workshops, courses and 1 to 1 sessions, I have been working with various communities across Europe, being invited as a performer, speaker (mainly on subjects related to intimacy), facilitator of workshops for women or mixed groups on dance, but also on heart-based connections during retreats and festivals. I am mainly appreciated for my deep perceptions and insights, strong intuition, honesty, purity, clarity, passion, warm presence, aliveness and enthusiasm.
My dance skills cover a wide variety of styles: Contemporary, Belly Dance, Indian Fusion, Burlesque, Pole Dance and what I personally call Epic or Conscious dance. What I teach mainly is Conscious Dance, which is something that I and my students found to be useful in daily life as well and which is present in my approach to any of the styles mentioned above, both in my practice as a performer and in my teaching. Conscious dance means for me moving in a way that allows us to connect to our deeper feelings, to remain aligned to our hearts, to gain more freedom of expression and to make gradual steps in healing certain inner wounds and bringing to surface our full potential. In the sessions I do, I also use creative imagination or visualization, meditation, gestures, role playing and group exercises. The range of movements and gestures that I apply are based on the contemporary research on how bodily positions and attitudes affect our nervous system, but also on the notions of archetypes as presented in psychology by Jung and on certain elements I found in traditional Indian dances and in the yoga system.
I also offer guided yoga and meditations sessions for restoring a state of inner balance, relaxation, clarity, regeneration or gaining more dynamism and a boost of energy. I can tailor the sessions according to the public or a specific theme (ex: yoga for the heart, yoga for focus, yoga for relaxation etc.). For meditations, I use certain music tracks which are specially selected in order to support the process of concentration on a specific subject, amplifying the resonance with that attribute of consciousness.
