I am a Certified Life Coach and international high-performance sport professional with more than two decades of experience working in environments where pressure, uncertainty, discipline and continuous adaptation are part of everyday performance.
My background as an international dressage rider, professional horse trainer and founder of Hof Marabunta has given me a practical perspective on leadership, decision-making, communication, accountability and performance under pressure. I work with the principle that effective development is not about eliminating uncertainty or avoiding mistakes, but about building the ability to respond intelligently when reality does not follow the plan.
My approach is practical, engaging and action-oriented. I enjoy turning complex ideas around performance, behaviour and decision-making into concepts people can immediately understand, discuss and apply. Alongside my work in international sport and coaching, I have participated in more than 50 international podcast conversations, exploring leadership, pressure, adaptability, error management and personal development with audiences across different countries and professional backgrounds.
I bring energy, curiosity and a highly practical perspective to individual coaching, group discussions and development experiences, always with the aim of leaving participants with something useful they can take into their own work and decisions.
