I have a curious mind, am a traveler at heart and always ready for an adventure. Shaped by the many places I’ve called home and the people I’ve met along the way, I’ve always been fascinated by what makes us feel alive – and how to make space for it. For the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in understanding the mind – and how it shapes our emotions, relationships, and sense of balance, testing and practicing multiple approaches myself. Hence, my work blends science with presence. I create spaces where people feel safe to open up, explore and reconnect with what makes them feel alive. Whether guiding a group through a reflective practice, a creative one or educating one: I bring a calm and grounded sense of joy and focus on a human-first approach.
