
I’m a Lisbon-based breathwork facilitator, coach, and psychological counsellor specialising in nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, stress relief, and immersive group experiences. My work combines conscious breathing, mindfulness, music, gentle movement, and body-based practices in a grounded and accessible way. I create experiences that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, release stress, and cultivate more clarity, presence, and balance. Alongside private sessions, I facilitate immersive breathwork journeys, wellbeing workshops, and corporate wellbeing sessions for teams, retreats, offsites, leadership events, and community experiences. My corporate work focuses on helping individuals and teams regulate stress, improve focus, reconnect with themselves, and create healthier and more sustainable ways of working and leading. The sessions are designed to be practical, modern, and accessible for different working environments and can range from short nervous system reset sessions to deeper immersive wellbeing experiences for teams and organisations. I currently offer corporate breathwork formats for wellbeing weeks, leadership retreats, offsites, team connection, stress management, and employee wellbeing initiatives. My background combines coaching, psychological counselling, and certified breathwork facilitation with a strong focus on creating safe, human, and meaningful experiences for different groups and environments.
