
I have been training and facilitating group learning events for over twenty-five (25) years, and coaching leaders for more than ten (10). My areas of experience and interest are in emotionally sensitive, goal-centric coaching, learning and leadership skills development and facilitating communication and wellness workshops. Educational Background I have a Masters in Education degree from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree from the University of Windsor, major in Drama in Education, and Professional Goal-Centric Coaching Certification from Concordia University I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF); and hold facilitation and coaching certifications several psychometric tools [ Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I 2.0 & EQ-i 360), Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Change Style Inventory, and Interaction Management Essentials of Leadership (DDI). I also have certifications in Graphic Recording and Facilitation (The Grove Consultants), Appreciative Inquiry, Mental Health First Aid, and am a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Work Experience I spent fourteen (14) years in management in the social services sector before transitioning into learning and leadership development, within large healthcare organizations, where I spent the next twenty-five plus (25+) years, while also engaging in consulting work. I am now a freelance consultant (solopraneur), focusing on leadership, retreat facilitation, and 1:1 coaching (with both leaders, and individuals). I am also dabbling in the art-space with exploring creative expression as a means to release and unlock what is next, at a 1:1 level.
