Stévie Seguda is a psycho-emotional practitioner, facilitator, voice teacher and author based in Chamonix, France. Since 2018, he has supported individuals and groups through processes of self-awareness, emotional regulation, life transitions and personal transformation.
His integrative approach draws on IFS-informed practices, NLP, trauma-focused methods, embodied listening and more than twelve years of experience in voice teaching and group facilitation.
His work brings together psychological understanding, experiential learning, voice, creativity and presence. Whether working individually or with groups, he creates spaces where people can better understand themselves, develop more authentic relationships, express themselves with greater confidence, and reconnect with their own inner resources.
An author, musician and contemporary artist, Stévie also brings an artistic and contemplative dimension to his facilitation, exploring the relationship between self-awareness, expression, creativity and the way we perceive the world.
