I am a Registered Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Practitioner with over 13 years of experience supporting women’s health, metabolic health and long-term wellbeing.
Through Nutrilogy, I deliver evidence-informed nutrition and wellbeing education, with a particular focus on women’s health, perimenopause and menopause, metabolic resilience, healthy ageing and sustainable lifestyle change.
My work combines nutrition science with practical, accessible strategies that individuals and organisations can realistically implement. I offer engaging workshops, talks and wellbeing sessions designed to help people better understand their health and make meaningful changes without restrictive or one-size-fits-all approaches.
I am particularly passionate about improving awareness and support for women navigating midlife and menopause, including the impact that symptoms can have on wellbeing, confidence and professional life.
