With a strong background in international business and a deep passion for holistic health, I bring a unique perspective to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a specialization in Supply Chain and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Université de Mulhouse, I spent nearly 15 years working for multinational companies such as Unilever, Alcatel, DSV, and Roche in Poland, France, and Switzerland. This experience gave me a solid understanding of the corporate environment, international exposure, and the challenges of fast-paced professional life.
Driven by my passion for holistic medicine and personal well-being, I decided to redirect my career path. Since 2021, I have been studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Faculté Libre d’Énergétique Traditionnelle Chinoise (FLETC). My learning journey has included a clinical internship in Beijing, where I practiced acupuncture, moxibustion, and Chinese dietetics at renowned hospitals under the guidance of experienced TCM doctors.
I recently opened my own practice, where I provide consultations and share TCM knowledge through workshops and trainings. One of my core offerings is “Eating with the Seasons in Traditional Chinese Medicine”, a practical and accessible introduction to TCM dietetics. This training helps people reconnect with their bodies, adapt nutrition to natural rhythms, and approach health from a holistic perspective that is easy to apply in daily life.
My mission is to make the wisdom of TCM both accessible and practical, empowering individuals to find balance and harmony in their modern lives.
