I lead art-based experiences that empower individuals to tap into their inner boldness, explore new emotional landscapes, and transform pent-up feelings into creative energy. As a certified yoga instructor, I integrate somatic practices and breathwork into my sessions to guide participants back into their bodies and the present moment—cultivating awareness, grounding, and a deeper sense of being.
