I offer teaching and practice-based formats that explore how aesthetic experiences can cultivate resilience and wellbeing for businesses, students, and individuals. These formats can be delivered as teaching sessions, coaching, classes, or workshops. At times, I co-teach with a professor from Lund University who has many years of experience. My work can be integrated into business settings, museums, galleries, artistic contexts, wellbeing environments, classes, and individual or group sessions. This may include meditation, reflective practices, and guided aesthetic exercises. I also offer movement classes and Living Yolates sessions combined with aesthetic experience work. These include meditations and a range of shorter or longer exercises and practical tools (“hacks”) to support wellbeing. With over eight years of experience in performance art, Tania has been part of an award-winning Danish performance group in Copenhagen. There, she has performed, facilitated, and conceptualized artistic ideas to bring immersive, aesthetic experiences into people’s everyday lives. “Originally, I have a background in design forecasting, design and visual communication. My journey led me to start working with a Danish performance group, where I have explored an artistic research within aesthetic experiences. Exploring how the sensuous stimuli, create meaningfulness and a sense of belonging in peoples life. Within this frame I have been working around different topics of interest. My previous- and ongoing knowledge of mapping out tendencies, is always a vehicle for these topics and my work in general. Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate a workshops at Lund University’s MA and PhD semester course, on Arts and Health. A journey that has just begun. Today, I design and conceptualize my art to create immersive and beneficial aesthetic experiences for others. One day I design a print, the other I design a durational performative concept. I like to move within a broad spectra: I am not only a performance artist nor just a designer: I research and create in a dynamic dialogue between the academic, artistic and intuitive fields. This versatility allows me to work in many different ways, with many different people, disciplines and projects, which I love and find incredibly inspiring”. The impact of aesthetic experiences and the arts on wellbeing and business is a field that is continuously expanding and gaining recognition. My formats can be designed and adapted to the specific context. I can offer highly practical workshop formats as well as more coaching-oriented or academically grounded approaches. I understand and speak a little spanish and german aswell.
