26 years of HR experience, with nearly 20 years in multinational companies. I specialize in talent management, executive and mental health coaching, and workplace conflict resolution. As an experienced facilitator, I’ve worked across Switzerland, Germany, Canada, Malaysia and Russia and have supported clients from over 100 nationalities.
I hold a Master’s degree with honors in education and linguistics. I am an accredited mediator (London School of Mediation), a PCC coach (ICF) and a certified Project Manager Program Lead (Kepner-Tregoe). I am also a certified practitioner of Belbin Team Roles, PI, NEO and SHL psychometric tools.
