Tay Kinnear

Creative professional and community leader with 5+ years of experience managing flagship international convenings and 10+ years building communities. Tay designs and delivers participant-centred programmes and events, coordinating diverse stakeholders and using storytelling, data, and systems thinking to strengthen engagement and impact. She is Sustainability and Events Project Manager at the International Organization for Standardization, where she delivers its annual meeting for more than 800 participants from over 100 countries and coordinates programme and sustainability presence at major international convenings. She also founded and leads a young professionals initiative, building a community focused on connection and professional development. Tay provides confidential emotional support to young people under 25 navigating life transitions, personal development, and wellbeing challenges, drawing on experience as a camp counsellor and youth group leader. Her previous international event work includes client relationships and project delivery for UNCTAD, Gavi the Vaccine Alliance, and UNICEF.
