
I am a wellbeing facilitator, movement practitioner and Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Personal Trainer, specialising in mobility, functional movement, breathwork and nervous system regulation and with a background in education, leadership and organisational development. My work helps people move better, feel stronger and develop greater physical and mental wellbeing through accessible practices suitable for all levels of experience. Through workshops, community programmes and wellbeing experiences, I create accessible spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, strengthen resilience and cultivate sustainable wellbeing. Alongside my wellbeing work, I have experience in community engagement, fundraising and project development, which has strengthened my ability to connect with diverse groups and create welcoming, inclusive environments. My sessions focus on practical wellbeing, helping participants feel connected to themselves both in the workplace and in everyday life.
