About Thomas L.

Thomas Loxley Rosenberg is the founder of ReGenerate Coaching, an executive and peer team coaching practice for leaders who already know what to do and find that something else takes over when the pressure is real. His work is body-based, nervous-system aware, and practical,. It's grounded in his extensive training at the Strozzi Institute and New Ventures West.

Over 25 years, Thomas has worked with people and organizations across cultures in more than 20 countries on five continents. The through line in his career is guiding people and organizations to become comfortable with change, lead change, and flourish. His career began in Washington, D.C. Afterwards he served in the Peace Corps in Bolivia. After obtaining his MBA at Thunderbird School for Global Management he worked for a decade in management consulting. He is professionally fluent in Spanish.

A longtime salon Argentine tango dancer, Thomas sees the dance as a living lesson in leadership: lead, follow, listen, and stay present. For him, the best dances begin with a quiet lead and two people fully present to each other and the music. He lives in Oakland, California.

Good to Know

Client Requirements
Rooms with flexible set up/use. Space to move around and break into small groups (2-3), flip chart and easel
Additional Notes
If I'm doing an in-person event, I will want space for people to move around (not like yoga, but walk around in the space, gather in small groups of 2-3, etc). As a result, flexibility in how the room is used is important (e.g. easily moved chairs or other sitting arrangements). A flip chart and easel would be useful so different topics can be explored and then posted on the wall for reflection later. It also allows me to prepopulate some of the flipchart sheets.
