As founder of TG INSIGHTS LLC, she provides individual and leadership coaching, strategic facilitation, organizational change support, team dynamics consulting, and Emergenetics® assessment-based development. Her work includes designing and scaling leadership development programs, advising senior leaders on strategy, culture, and change, and facilitating cross-sector partnerships.
