About Tina

Mental health counseling and alternative therapist. I work with groups since 1997 using in particular art (story-telling, painting and movement), group processes and activities in nature through an experiential lens. I have worked with people from all walks of life: people in distress, social scientists and employees in organisations – depending on the person/ group/ organisation with a focus on self-awareness, well-being practices, relationship work, experiential learning and/or psychoeducation.

Depending on the type of activity/ workshop, we may need a whiteboard, A4 papers and painting materials (like wax crayons).
Additional Notes
I have been trained in traditional story-telling and have been working as a traditional story-telling since 2003. Although I perform in Greek, I am also "using" story-telling in the context of experiential workshops in English and/ or German.
