“Effective Communication for Successful Leadership” — that’s my motto! I change the way people think, speak, and ask questions so they can lead successfully. As a leadership communication coach, I help leaders and teams perform at their best. In 2017, I started giving trainings on behalf of other organizations. Since 2022, I have been self-employed and working full-time as a trainer, coach, and keynote speaker. Dealing with people and situations can be quite challenging at times. Therefore, I teach people not to focus on right or wrong, but on solutions and next steps. Why? Because we cannot change what happened in the past, so let’s focus on what gets us closer to our goal. With this systemic, solution-focused, and future-oriented approach, I have helped thousands of managers and, when requested, their teams communicate and collaborate professionally. In full-day trainings, short workshops, and Edunotes, I focus on an interactive, fun, and hands-on approach. Communication cannot be taught through words alone, but through experience. That is why everything I do is hands-on and practice-oriented — and people love it. I am based in Vienna, Austria, and work worldwide in English and German.
