My personal journey has gradually brought me closer to what I really wanted to do: supporting people on their own personal journeys, drawing on my knowledge and experience. I’ve tried my hand at many different things in my life, travelled extensively and completed various courses, all of which have led me to where I am today.
During my first degree, I studied art education, which quickly made me realise that I wanted to work more freely, so I went on to focus on fine art in a further degree programme. Through many hours of artistic work and personal art projects, I experienced first-hand how art can help to trigger and bring to light inner processes. It brings to light issues for which there were previously hardly any words. Drawing on all these experiences, however, this realisation led me to a point where I realised – something was missing – I wanted to understand my body, resolve my physical traumas and incorporate them into the therapeutic process…
That is why I decided to learn various body-oriented practices and approaches. As a result, in my work today I combine art and the use of energetic and somatic bodywork, body awareness, mindfulness training, the study of body anatomy through creative approaches, dance as a therapeutic tool and authentic movement.
I am so fascinated by our human body – by all the things we can experience and set in motion through it. Our individual capacity for perception reveals to us the unique essence within each person.
I am a qualified art educator, trauma educator and artist, with further training in the field of art and dance as a therapeutic tool.
I work on a freelance basis for various organistations where I work as a facilitator – in addition I lead online courses in art therapy and systemic counselling.
Furthermore I offer Online Sessions in coaching, counselling, support and therapeutic guidance using creative methods, whilst integrating a systemic approach- therey the body serves as a central element acting as a starting point.
Drawing on my professional experience and my passion for dance, body awareness and artistic exploration – as well as the opportunities for self-discovery and the healing power of artistic expression that these offer – I can provide you with guidance and support through personal coaching and self-exploration in both individual and group sessions.
