I am a passionate fitness trainer, athlete, and combat sports enthusiast with a strong background in Sports & Science and years of hands-on training experience. As a national-level Kabaddi athlete and an MMA-focused fighter, I have developed deep knowledge in strength training, endurance, mobility, bodyweight conditioning, athletic performance, and discipline-based coaching. My training philosophy focuses on building both physical and mental strength. I help individuals improve fitness, confidence, performance, and overall lifestyle through structured, goal-oriented training methods. I believe fitness should be practical, sustainable, and adapted to each individual’s needs, whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, athletic conditioning, mobility improvement, or general health. I have experience in gym training, wrestling, boxing fundamentals, bodyweight exercises, and sports conditioning. My coaching style combines motivation, technical guidance, and consistency to help clients push beyond their limits while maintaining proper form and injury prevention. I also focus on mindset, discipline, and creating long-term healthy habits rather than short-term results. Being an athlete myself, I understand the importance of dedication, recovery, nutrition, and performance optimization. I continuously work on improving my own physical abilities and coaching knowledge to deliver high-quality training support to others. I am committed to helping people become stronger, healthier, more confident, and mentally resilient through fitness and sport.
