
About Me I am an internationally trained yoga teacher, meditation guide, sound healer, and ecstatic dance facilitator with over 13 years of teaching experience and 1,000+ hours of advanced training across Asia and the Himalayas. I am the founder of DHARMA SPACE, a purpose-driven wellness studio and community platform devoted to conscious movement, mental well-being, and meaningful human connection. My work integrates ancient yogic wisdom, modern functional anatomy, nervous system education, and somatic awareness. I believe that sustainable well-being emerges when the body, breath, mind, and emotions are addressed as one interconnected system. My teaching philosophy centers on intelligent movement, injury prevention, and embodied presence. I approach yoga and meditation not as performance or fitness alone, but as practical tools for self-regulation, resilience, and inner clarity. In my classes and sessions, I emphasize breath-led movement, mindful sequencing, and creating safe, inclusive spaces where students can explore their practice with confidence. I teach a wide range of styles, adapting my approach to diverse bodies, levels, and contexts: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Power Core and Arm Balance practice, Aerial Yoga, and Primal and Functional Movement. My movement work is strongly informed by anatomy and biomechanics, supporting long-term joint health, mobility, strength, and nervous system balance. Meditation and breathwork are central pillars of my work. I guide mindfulness practices, pranayama, and breath-based meditation techniques designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate emotional stability. These practices are integrated into my yoga classes as well as offered in dedicated workshops and private sessions. As a sound healer, I facilitate sound journeys and sound baths using singing bowls, chimes, voice, and subtle percussive instruments. Sound healing is often combined with Yin Yoga or meditation, guiding participants into deep states of relaxation, integration, and nervous system recovery. I am also an ecstatic dance facilitator, creating intentional, non-judgmental spaces for free movement, emotional expression, and authentic connection. My ecstatic dance sessions emphasize presence over performance and invite participants to experience movement as meditation and embodied freedom. Beyond regular classes, I curate community-based experiences including cacao ceremonies, breathwork circles, sound healing sessions, workshops, and retreats. I also work with individuals and organizations to deliver tailored corporate and private wellness programs focused on stress management, posture, focus, and sustainable performance.
