500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher | Hatha Yoga | Traditional Vinyasa Yoga | Anukalana Approach
ABOUT ME
I am a certified Yoga Teacher with a 500-hour training completed at Scuola Yoga Samadhi in Florence, Italy.
I teach Hatha Yoga and Traditional Vinyasa Yoga through the Anukalana approach, combining mindful movement, breath awareness and a fluid, natural and adaptable practice.
My classes are designed to be accessible to people with different levels of experience and to encourage greater awareness of the body and breath, while supporting balance, presence and self-awareness.
My teaching style is warm, attentive and inclusive. I see Yoga as a practical tool to support physical and mental wellbeing, create space for self-awareness and encourage a deeper connection with oneself.
I have experience teaching both private and group classes, and I enjoy creating welcoming environments where every participant can feel comfortable, supported and free to experience the practice according to their own needs and abilities.
Alongside my journey as a Yoga Teacher, I bring more than 20 years of professional experience in organisational and management roles, including executive assistance, recruitment and HR, event planning and project coordination.
This professional background has allowed me to develop strong organisational skills, reliability, autonomy, problem-solving abilities and extensive experience working in professional environments and managing interpersonal relationships.
Today, I combine these skills with my Yoga practice and teaching to create meaningful wellbeing experiences for individuals, groups and professional settings.
