As a facilitator and multidisciplinary artist, my approach is charismatic, engaging, and deeply compassionate. I believe in the power of community as a catalyst for healing, and I hold space with both warmth and grounded presence. My workshops invite openness, curiosity, and courage – creating an atmosphere where participants feel safe to explore vulnerability, express freely, and transform difficult emotions into creative fuel. I see art not just as expression, but as alchemy – a way to transmute pain into beauty, and struggle into strength. My work fuses music, storytelling, and wellness to create transformative experiences that connect people to their own creative voice. I discovered the healing potential of creativity while navigating and overcoming significant health challenges, and now I’m passionate about helping others access that same inner resource. Through creative writing and lyric writing workshops, I guide participants in finding their authentic voice and emotional truth. These sessions are accessible for all levels, including non-musicians and those new to creative work. The emphasis is on process over product – cultivating awareness, confidence, and flow through guided exercises, group sharing, and reflective writing. Beyond my workshop practice, I am a musician, speaker, event producer, and mental health advocate. I serve on the Member Advisory Committee for Workman Arts, an organization that supports artists with lived experience of mental health and addictions. My mission is to hold space where creativity and healing intersect – where people can reclaim their voice, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover the transformative power of art and community.
