
I have worked within the field of natural health and wellbeing for almost 20 years. Including: Ayurvedic consultations, on diet life style and herbs, leading meditation circles, teaching yoga, teaching and providing healthy cooking practices. With over 20 years of personal meditation experience and a multitude of self study on many spiritual practices and concepts, I have a deep rooted grounding in guiding and supporting people to find inner calm and deeper understanding of the way life weaves its web. I use evolutionary astrology to counsel and guide people. More recently I have also been working with embodiment practices and reconnection to sensuality. Overall, I specialise in helping others find their calm, through simple meditative and developmental practices that bring attention and awareness to body and self, that are easy to do and provide effective results.
