Yosra Farid is an international education strategist and quality assurance leader with over a decade of experience advancing learning, inclusion, and institutional development across Europe and the Middle East. Through Steel Minds Oy, she designs and delivers educator training, curriculum development, school improvement initiatives, and leadership coaching. As an Erasmus+ school education trainer, she develops cross-cultural professional learning programs and evaluates their outcomes. Her experience also includes quality assurance frameworks, KPI monitoring, institutional performance analysis, and organizational improvement. She has delivered student counseling and workshops on emotional intelligence, resilience, and social skills, and has partnered with educators, academic leaders, management teams, and families.
