About Yves

I am the founder of KUNDA, a movement, breathwork and wellbeing practice dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore vitality and cultivate greater presence in everyday life. With over six years of experience as an entrepreneur, coach and group facilitator, I bring together physical conditioning, conscious movement, postural awareness, breathwork and personal development. My approach draws on training with the CHEK Academy (Paul Chek), the Physical Coaching Academy and O2 Collective (Dan Brulé), combining a strong understanding of the body with practical tools for breathing, self-regulation and physical awareness. Rather than focusing solely on physical exercise or theoretical concepts, I create experiential sessions in which participants explore their relationship with gravity, movement, posture and breath. Through guided practice, I help them develop greater awareness of their physical responses and discover simple ways to support their wellbeing in everyday situations. My facilitation style is grounded, accessible and adaptable to different ages, physical abilities and professional backgrounds. I work with individuals and groups, creating inclusive experiences that encourage curiosity, active participation and meaningful personal discovery. Through KUNDA, I offer workshops that support stress management, physical vitality, grounded presence and more conscious human interactions.
