
My name is Zachary and I run a Health Consultancy called ZMPT. I specialise in delivering workshops and catered 'away days' for small and large organisations. My aim is to help people to improve their health by making small changes to their everyday habits and routines.
I teach about the following topics:

– Anxiety and depression
– Sleep and energy levels
– Mindfulness and breath-work
– Chronic disease management and prevention

My ethos is centred around education and action. I help people make sense of their brain and body, and my advice to them is always simple and effective.
I have delivered thousands of hours of workshops for NHS patients, I run my own community health programme in London and Essex, and work with charities like Helen Rollason Cancer Charity and The Bridge Renewal Trust. Additionally, I wrote and published a book titled 'Zak's Guide to Type 2 Diabetes and Good Health'.
