Program Overview

Ideal Participants

Designed for companies at three critical stages:

Remote-first and scaling teams (roughly 10–60 people) without an in-house culture lead (or with one but need an extra hand), at three critical stages:

• Getting Started: You need people & culture basics (onboarding, rituals, feedback) without losing the startup energy. People questions default to founders and bandwidth gets eaten.
• Scaling Fast: Growing quickly, without a senior People & Culture lead in place. Culture feels diluted, collaboration gets noisy & managers need support.
• Navigating Change: Any major change requires a new operating rhythms and clearer alignment. A reorg, pivot, leadership transition, or post-fundraise growth.

Organizational / Employer Benefits

Why Fractional Culture Support?
1. Unlock Founder bandwidth
Stop being the default person for every people question. Get senior support to help you free your time.
2. Stop firefighting people issues
Get senior-level thinking on culture, operations, and team dynamics, without the 6-month ramp-up or [inquire]+ hire.
3. Retention advantage
In a tight talent market, culture is how you keep your best people. Make it a strategy, not an afterthought.
4. Speed & connection
Build the culture systems, rituals and ways of working that keep your team aligned, connected, efficient, and moving fast, even when everyone's remote.
5. Stronger managers.
Get hands-on support for new and growing managers with feedback, 1:1s, and team dynamics, so problems get solved closer to the team.
