Key to Success – Professional Development Journal & Team Action Plan
At the end of the program, every participant receives the Key to Success professional development journal, which guides them through ongoing reflection and skill-building after the formal sessions. The journal includes practical templates for goal-setting, Belbin® insights, feedback interpretation, detailed behavioural analysis, and SMART action planning.
Using the journal, the team co-creates a Growth Mindset Action Plan that includes:
– Shared learning practices and continuous improvement habits
– Speak-up culture rituals that strengthen transparency and trust
– Clear team feedback agreements
– Experimentation and innovation commitments
– Behavioural indicators to track over 3–6 months
