About the Host

I am Emmanuel Kayondo, a creative facilitator, healer, actor, writer, producer, and model based in Dubai, UAE, with a multifaceted career spanning luxury hospitality, executive management, fashion, film, and television across Uganda and the UAE. I have managed VIP guest experiences in premium hospitality environments, served as Senior Personal Assistant to a former G20 Finance Minister, and represented global brands including Adidas, Namshi, Exeed Automobiles, and Emirates NBD in commercial campaigns. I have also produced, written, and acted in multiple film and television productions, and hosted fashion television programmes for international audiences. This breadth of experience across high-performance professional environments, creative industries, and human-facing roles has given me a rare combination of emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, presence, and the ability to hold space for people in a way that feels both safe and genuinely transformative. I work at the intersection of creativity, wellbeing, and personal development, drawing on ancient wisdom traditions, psychology, and lived experience to facilitate experiences that help individuals and teams reconnect with themselves, unlock their creativity, and move through the kind of inner shifts that last well beyond the session itself.
