Program Overview
Core Value Proposition
What if personal and professional development did not end when the workshop finished - but could become something employees could hear, experience and return to throughout their working day?
The Enterprise Transformation & Workforce Performance Framework™ brings a new creative dimension to workforce development, combining original music, immersive sound design, NLP-informed personal development and transformational learning within a highly tailored 12-month organisational experience.
Designed around the organisation’s goals, workforce needs and evolving pressure points, the framework creates multiple opportunities for employees to engage throughout the year - through tailored music-led tools, immersive experiences, personal and professional development workshops and responsive development resources.
At higher partnership levels, this tailoring can extend more deeply across agreed departments or divisions, recognising that different areas of an organisation can experience different goals, demands and pressure points. At the highest partnership level, an additional layer of tailored development and strategic support is provided for the CEO and senior leadership team.
The approach enables development to connect with real moments within the working day. Tailored tools can support employees as they prepare for high-pressure client or sales interactions, reset following demanding meetings, navigate periods of increased pressure, or regain focus and momentum when needed.
For organisations, looking after their people and supporting them through the realities of the working day can have an impact far beyond the individual employee experience. The challenge is creating support that remains relevant, accessible and responsive as employees, teams and organisational pressures change throughout the year. The framework is designed to help bridge that gap.
Creating an environment where people feel supported, engaged and better equipped to navigate periods of pressure can contribute to more sustainable performance, while helping organisations address wider challenges around burnout, disengagement, lost productivity and avoidable employee turnover - all of which can carry significant human, financial and operational costs.
For senior leaders, the framework provides an opportunity to connect employee development and support with wider organisational priorities around workforce performance, engagement, resilience and retention, while creating an ongoing experience that can evolve alongside the organisation and its people throughout the year.
Its remote-first structure enables the programme to reach large and distributed workforces across locations, working patterns and time zones, extending access across the organisation regardless of location or working pattern.
Where appropriate, the programme can also be aligned with relevant existing workforce and performance indicators, enabling organisations to evaluate participation, utilisation, employee response and the wider value and ROI of the programme over time.
Ideal Participants
Designed primarily for larger organisations with 1,500+ employees, the framework is created to support employees across different roles, levels of seniority, departments, locations and working environments.
It is particularly suited to organisations looking for a highly tailored and creative approach to workforce development, employee engagement and sustainable performance - with the programme shaped around agreed corporate goals, workforce needs and evolving organisational pressure points.
Employees engage throughout the year with tailored music-led audio and audio-visual tools, immersive experiences, personal and professional development workshops, and ongoing development tools and strategies. These bring together Serena’s creative practice with her expertise as a Licensed Master NLP Practitioner and Life Coach, creating a distinctive approach to personal and professional development within the workplace.
At higher partnership levels, relevant music-led tools, development tools and strategies can be tailored more deeply around the specific goals, demands and pressure points of agreed departments or divisions. At the highest partnership level, the framework extends further to provide tailored development and strategic support for the CEO and senior leadership team.
The framework can be adapted across industries and organisational environments and is particularly relevant for large, distributed or hybrid workforces seeking to connect employee development and support with wider organisational priorities.
Participant Outcomes
Across the programme, employees will have opportunities to:
1. Develop Greater Awareness of Mindset & State
Build greater awareness of how mindset, emotion and internal state can influence how they approach different situations within the working day.
2. Build Practical Strategies to Reset & Refocus
Develop practical ways to reset following demanding moments, regain focus and intentionally redirect attention when needed.
3. Navigate Workplace Pressure More Intentionally
Develop a broader personal toolkit for navigating periods of pressure and demanding workplace situations with greater awareness, choice and self-management.
4. Strengthen Confidence & Resilience
Explore and develop internal resources that can support confidence, resilience and the ability to move forward through challenges.
5. Prepare More Intentionally for Important Workplace Moments
Engage with tailored tools and strategies designed around relevant workplace situations — from high-pressure client interactions and sales activity to important meetings, presentations and other demanding moments.
6. Sustain Focus, Energy & Momentum
Build greater awareness of changes in focus and momentum, alongside practical ways to reconnect with the state and attention needed for the task ahead.
7. Experience Personal & Professional Development in a Distinctive Way
Engage with development through original music, tailored audio and audio-visual experiences, immersive sound, NLP-informed personal development and transformational coaching expertise, creating an experiential dimension alongside more traditional forms of learning.
8. Apply Development More Directly to Their Working Environment
Access tailored tools, experiences and strategies throughout the year that connect personal development with relevant workplace moments and the wider goals and needs identified by the organisation.
Organizational / Employer Benefits
Support Retention & Reduce the Wider Cost of Employee Turnover
Creates an ongoing investment in employee development, mindset and experience rather than relying solely on isolated interventions. By providing relevant support throughout the year, the framework is designed to strengthen the conditions that contribute to employee engagement and retention — important considerations for organisations seeking to reduce the wider financial and operational costs associated with avoidable turnover.
Protect Workforce Performance & Productivity
Provides employees with practical tools and experiences designed around real workplace pressure points - from preparing for demanding client or sales interactions to resetting following high-pressure moments and regaining focus and momentum. The aim is to help employees manage their mindset more intentionally and re-engage effectively with their work.
Strengthen Employee Engagement
Creates repeated, distinctive opportunities for employees to engage with personal and professional development through original music, immersive experiences and tailored learning. This provides organisations with another way to maintain meaningful employee engagement across the year, including across remote and distributed workforces.
Create Greater ROI from Learning & Development Investment
Rather than concentrating investment within one-off workshops or events, the framework combines live experiences, workshops, reusable music-led resources and ongoing tailored development across 12 months. This creates multiple opportunities for employees to engage with and revisit the organisation’s investment throughout the year.
Respond to Organisational Pressure Points as They Emerge
The framework is not restricted to priorities identified at the beginning of the engagement. Ongoing consultation enables relevant tools and strategies to be developed around emerging workforce challenges, organisational changes and performance needs, helping the investment remain relevant throughout the year.
Connect Employee Development to Business Priorities
Programme activity is tailored around agreed organisational goals, workforce needs and current challenges, helping ensure employee development is connected to the realities of the organisation rather than delivered as a separate, generic initiative.
Support Organisational Resilience During Periods of Pressure & Change
Provides an ongoing development infrastructure that can respond when employees or particular areas of the organisation are navigating increased pressure, change or demanding periods, supporting employees in resetting, refocusing and maintaining momentum.
Extend Investment Across Large & Distributed Workforces
Remote-first delivery, recorded experiences and digital music-led tools enable organisations to extend programme access across locations, working patterns and time zones. For larger workforces, this can significantly increase the potential reach and utilisation of the organisation’s investment.
Create a Stronger Connection Between Workforce & Leadership Priorities
Higher partnership levels introduce departmental tailoring and executive development, allowing different areas of the organisation to receive more relevant support while connecting wider workforce themes with senior leadership priorities.
Provide a Framework for Measuring Value & ROI
The programme can be aligned with agreed organisational priorities and relevant existing people and performance indicators. Participation, utilisation, employee feedback and appropriate client-selected measures can be reviewed over the 12-month period, helping leadership evaluate engagement with the programme and the value being generated from the investment.

A Tailored, Music-Led Framework for Workforce Performance, Engagement & Retention
Structure & Delivery
Session Frequency Explanation
The framework follows an ongoing 12-month rhythm, combining planned monthly, quarterly and responsive elements.
Tailored music-led audio and audio-visual tools are developed monthly, with their focus shaped around agreed organisational goals, workforce needs and current pressure points.
Across the year, the programme also includes four quarterly immersive music experiences and four tailored personal and professional development workshops, scheduled in consultation with the organisation to create an appropriate rhythm across the 12-month engagement.
Ongoing consultation with the organisation enables the programme to remain flexible and responsive throughout the year. As priorities, workforce needs or organisational pressure points evolve, relevant areas of focus can be adapted so that the programme continues to reflect what is current and most relevant to the organisation and its employees. Tailored personal development tools and strategies can also be developed in response to emerging needs rather than requiring every area of focus to be determined at the outset.
At higher partnership levels, this responsiveness can extend more deeply across agreed departments or divisions, while the Executive Transformation Partnership also includes four quarterly Executive Strategy & Development Sessions for the CEO and/or agreed senior leaders.
The exact programme calendar is agreed with the organisation and can evolve where appropriate, allowing the rhythm and focus of delivery to remain aligned with its priorities, working patterns and key periods throughout the year.
Typical Session Structure & Flow
Live delivery across the framework combines four quarterly immersive music experiences with four tailored personal and professional development workshops. While each session is individually shaped around agreed organisational priorities, workforce needs and current pressure points, the sessions form part of a connected 12-month experience rather than operating as standalone events.
Quarterly Immersive Music Experiences
Each immersive experience begins by establishing the purpose and area of focus for the session, creating a clear context for employees before moving into the central experience. Participants are then guided through an original music-led experience incorporating spoken and sung voice, immersive sound design and carefully facilitated reflection and interaction. The experience is designed to give employees an opportunity to engage with the selected area of focus experientially rather than only discussing it conceptually. The session concludes by bringing the experience back into the context of the working environment, helping participants consider what they may take forward from it.
Personal & Professional Development Workshops
The four workshops provide additional opportunities for personal and professional development across the year, with each workshop tailored around an area of focus agreed with the organisation. Workshop themes do not need to mirror those explored within the immersive music experiences, allowing the organisation to select the areas most relevant to its workforce and priorities at different points throughout the year.
Each workshop begins by introducing the agreed area of focus and connecting it to relevant workplace situations or organisational priorities. Facilitated learning, discussion, reflection and practical development activities are then used to explore the theme and enable participants to consider how it relates to their own working experience. Sessions conclude by bringing the learning back to practical application and identifying relevant ways participants can continue engaging with the area of development beyond the live session.
Continuity Across the Year
The programme is intentionally responsive rather than following a fixed sequence of predetermined topics. Ongoing consultation with the organisation helps determine the most relevant focus for each upcoming experience or workshop. This allows later sessions to build upon relevant areas explored previously where appropriate, while also responding to new organisational priorities, workforce needs or emerging pressure points.
Across the 12-month engagement, employees therefore encounter development through different formats, with opportunities to build greater awareness, develop practical strategies and progressively connect personal and professional development with relevant situations within their working environment. Tailored monthly music-led tools and ongoing development resources provide additional opportunities to engage with relevant areas of focus between live sessions.
Tier 3 - Executive Strategy & Development Sessions
Within the Executive Transformation Partnership, four additional quarterly sessions provide a dedicated development and strategic layer for the CEO and/or agreed senior leaders. These sessions are shaped around current leadership priorities, organisational challenges and relevant insights emerging through the wider programme. Their structure is intentionally flexible, enabling each session to focus on what is most relevant to the organisation and its leadership at that point in the year, while maintaining continuity with the wider framework.
Final Culmination / Deliverable
The framework does not require participants to produce a single final project or deliverable. Instead, the 12-month engagement culminates in an end-of-programme review with the organisation, bringing together relevant programme participation, utilisation, employee feedback and agreed workforce and performance indicators.
The review provides an opportunity to reflect on the organisation’s original priorities, consider the areas of development and workforce need explored throughout the year, and evaluate engagement with and value generated through the programme.
Relevant insights can also help inform future areas of focus and, where appropriate, discussions around the continuation or evolution of the framework beyond the initial 12-month engagement.
Delivery Format Explanation
The framework is delivered on a remote-first basis, enabling the programme to support large and distributed workforces across different locations, working patterns and time zones.
Tailored music-led audio and audio-visual tools and development resources are designed for remote access, while live immersive experiences and personal and professional development workshops can be delivered virtually through Zoom, Microsoft Teams or the organisation’s preferred platform. Recorded access to selected experiences can also be provided where appropriate, extending access to employees who are unable to attend live.
Selected immersive experiences or workshops may also be delivered in person at the client’s location where this supports the organisation’s goals and programme requirements. Any in-person delivery requirements, including location, travel and any additional production or technical requirements, would be discussed and agreed separately with the organisation.

Measurable Outcomes
A measurement framework will be agreed with the organisation at the beginning of the programme, establishing the key areas of impact to be tracked across the 12-month engagement. Measurement will combine direct programme data and employee feedback with relevant existing workforce and performance indicators, creating a clear basis for evaluating engagement, progress and programme value.
Depending on the organisation’s agreed priorities, measurement can include:
• Employee Engagement, Participation & Initiative
Participation in live experiences and workshops, engagement with programme resources, recorded-content utilisation and employee feedback, alongside participant-reported changes in engagement, motivation or initiative where relevant to the programme goals.
• Mindset, Confidence, Clarity & Self-Awareness
Pre- and post-programme pulse surveys, alongside shorter feedback points where appropriate, to track participant-reported changes in confidence, clarity, self-awareness, focus and ability to intentionally manage their mindset and state.
• Resilience & Navigating Workplace Pressure
Participant-reported changes in ability to reset, refocus and navigate demanding periods, alongside relevant existing measures relating to workplace pressure, energy or wellbeing where these are already monitored by the organisation.
• Communication & Collaboration
Where relevant to agreed programme goals, employee feedback or existing organisational measures can be used to explore changes in areas such as communication, connection, collaboration and confidence within workplace interactions.
• Employee Experience & Engagement Indicators
Relevant existing employee engagement or pulse-survey measures can be reviewed, particularly where these relate directly to the organisation’s agreed programme priorities.
• Retention & Turnover Indicators
Relevant HR measures such as employee turnover, retention, turnover intention and related workforce trends can be reviewed alongside programme participation and employee feedback.
• Absence & Workforce Indicators
Existing measures such as absenteeism and other relevant workforce indicators can be considered where these align with the organisation’s programme goals.
• Performance-Related Indicators
Where the programme is tailored around a defined performance need - for example, sales activity, client-facing confidence, focus or another organisational priority - relevant existing performance measures can be identified with the organisation and reviewed over time.
• Programme Value & ROI
Programme participation, utilisation, employee feedback and agreed workforce and performance indicators can be considered together to support the organisation in evaluating programme value and its return on investment over the 12-month engagement.
The specific measures and baseline position will be established with the organisation at the outset, allowing progress to be reviewed against the priorities that matter most to that organisation. Wider organisational metrics will be considered alongside direct programme measures rather than assumed to result from the framework alone.

About the Host
Serena is a Mindset Musician and Transformational Coach developing an interdisciplinary creative practice that brings together original music, immersive sound design and transformational coaching to create experiences with an intentional mindset or emotional focus.
At the heart of her work is a different way of thinking about music: not simply as something we listen to, but as something we can intentionally engage with. Through original composition, spoken and sung voice, immersive sound design and transformational coaching, Serena creates musical experiences designed to help people explore and shift their state in real time.
As a Licensed Master NLP Practitioner and Life Coach, Serena brings her expertise in NLP and transformational coaching into her creative practice, using original composition, vocal performance and immersive sound design to create music that goes beyond listening - each experience is created with a clear and intentional purpose.
Serena is currently developing a collection of original longer-form works, with each piece centred around a particular mindset or emotional experience. Rather than following a traditional song format, these works unfold as immersive musical journeys, using lyrics, spoken word, vocal performance, soundscapes and detailed production to guide the listener through the experience.
Alongside her longer-form works, Serena is continuing to explore new ways of bringing her music-led approach to personal development into different experiences and environments.
Serena's creative practice is complemented by extensive experience delivering professional learning and development to corporate audiences. She has facilitated sessions across areas including leadership, workplace change, communication and emerging technology, giving her a strong understanding of how to communicate ideas clearly, engage professional audiences and create experiences that are relevant within organisational environments.
Her vision for the corporate application of this work extends beyond the traditional workshop. Serena is exploring how her creative practice can bring a distinctive, music-led approach to learning, development and employee experience - creating opportunities for people to engage with personal development in new and immersive ways.
At the centre of Serena's work is a simple idea: personal development does not always have to be something we only talk about or learn intellectually. It can also be something we experience through music.
Travel Locations
Open to exploring UK and international opportunities for in-person delivery, depending on the nature and requirements of the opportunity. Serena also has experience delivering to corporate audiences remotely, allowing opportunities to be delivered virtually where appropriate. Travel arrangements and any associated costs can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Client Requirements
For virtual delivery, participants will require access to Zoom, Microsoft Teams or an equivalent online platform, with headphones recommended for the best listening experience. For in-person delivery, access to a suitable audio playback/sound system may be required depending on the experience, with any specific technical requirements agreed in advance.
