An immersive 5-day residential living laboratory focusing on collective leadership, power dynamics, and awareness-based systems change for facilitators and managers. The retreat includes Theory U methodologies, systemic constellations, and peer coaching, and embodied leadership practice. Participants work on their own cases, interact with nature, and use various creative approach in order to experience and understand transformation for themselves.
