About the Host

A former Buddhist monk with 16 years of monastic life, I now work as a meditation and wellness teacher, bringing the depth of that training into practical, accessible formats for modern audiences. I have worked with diverse groups across five continents in corporate, retreat, and community settings, and teach in English, French, and Spanish. My sessions draw on open awareness practices, restorative movement, gentle breathwork, and evidence-based wellness principles rooted in psychology, neuroscience, and lifestyle medicine. Participants leave regenerated and empowered with skills that help them regulate their nervous system, reduce stress, think more clearly, build sustainable habits for mental health, and relate to others with greater empathy.
