Ace Mamun is the general director of Culture Vitale, a corporate events and consulting company based in Europe that designs cultural, creative, and wellness experiences for organizations and teams. With more than 15 years in market research and over 10 years facilitating workshops, coaching, and teambuilding programs, he bridges analytical insight with experiential learning for clients navigating change and growth. Trained in sociology and psychology, and certified in practices such as Watsu water work and functional breathing, he integrates evidence-based methods with embodied, playful formats that help people connect, recharge, and collaborate more effectively. Operating an Estonian-registered company from Paris, he works across borders with international teams, especially expat communities, delivering programs on resilience, self‑care, and organizational culture that are tailored, pragmatic, and immediately usable in daily work life.
