Description

A calming, restorative experience designed to help participants slow down, regulate the nervous system, release mental overwhelm and return to a clearer, more focused state. This guided sound-based relaxation supports teams in slowing down, resetting and reconnecting with presence in a structured yet deeply restorative environment.

Attendees are welcomed into a calm, supportive environment and guided through gentle grounding and meditation practices to transition out of busy work mode. The session then moves into a guided sound-based relaxation incorporating colour and crystal energy using instruments such as Tibetan & crystal singing bowls and soft tonal soundscapes to encourage deep relaxation and mental clarity.

Participants are invited to sit or lie comfortably while being guided through a short visualisation and body awareness practice, allowing the mind to settle and the nervous system to reset. The experience concludes with a gentle reintegration period and simple techniques participants can take back into their workday.

Pricing reflects a fully curated, end-to-end experience including all equipment (yoga mats, cushions, eye masks, etc.), professional setup and facilitation. Sessions are designed to be seamless and ready to deliver on arrival. Extended durations, travel requirements or larger group formats may require adjusted rates depending on scope and can be discussed in advance. A fixed fee is provided upfront to ensure clarity, professionalism and no hidden costs.

No specific technical requirements. I provide all necessary equipment including yoga mats and session materials. A suitable quiet open space is recommended to support the quality of the experience.
