About the Host

I am an actress and a holistic trainer combining communication science, mindset coaching, meditation and acting methods. I design and lead trainings that help people stay clear, calm, and present – with others and within themselves. "Your essence defines your presence" is a key sentence that I believe in. I think it is really important to know our own unique essence that often lies under all the "hustle and bustle" of the world. The key pillars of my essence are: connection, knowledge and development, freedom and creativity.
