Description
The session begins with a series of gentle strengthening yoga/ pilates poses designed to awaken and energise the body. It then transitions into soothing stretches and mobility work to release tension, restore balance, and promote deeper relaxation.
Each session can be fully customised in both content and duration. Movement focus is aligned with participants’ needs—for example, hip‑opening work for those who spend long hours seated, or leg‑relaxation sequences for individuals who are frequently on their feet. Session can be conducted in English, Mandarin, Cantonese or bi-lingual.
An optional closing segment can be added to deepen the reset experience. Client may choose between a short breathwork and meditation practice for participants to regain mental clarity before returning to their day‑to‑day routines, or a calming matcha whisking ritual, allowing them to experience the grounding, meditative nature of matcha preparation.

About the Host
I am a wellness instructor with over two years of teaching experience, specializing in yoga, Pilates, and barre. I work with a diverse range of clients, from younger, active participants to mature individuals seeking relief from common discomforts such as neck and lower‑back pain. I have held yin yang yoga sessions in the past as well as mobility-focused sessions, catering the workshop plan according to the participants' needs.
With a corporate background, I understand workplace dynamics and the wellness challenges employees often face. This allows me to design sessions that are not only engaging and practical, but also address real needs. I also draw inspiration from impactful corporate events I have experienced in the past, incorporating memorable elements into my workshops to create meaningful and enjoyable experiences.
